Hate cooking? No time to cook?

Published 19 days ago • 1 min read

Hey there!

As much as I love cooking...

I know that may not be the case for you!

And even if you love it, you might literally not have the time to do it.

The good news is that there are multiple routes that lead to the same destination.

And since you're subscribed to my emails, I know that you've set your GPS to destination Health & Vitality.

So if my existing balanced bites recipe collection isn't a good fit for you...

Know that I am working on a new Effort-less meal kit to get you to your destination!

Because if you feel like it's too much effort to eat healthy, then you deserve to have something that:

Requires less effort ("no pain, no gain" is NOT how you need to approach this)

Fits into a busy day.

Is low prep (less effort doesn't mean zero effort!)

Is doable if you're drained from burnout and physically unable to do much cooking.

Frees up your time so that you can put your energy towards what fulfills you most.

The new effort-less meal kit will be available for purchase in May.

Now in order to put together your meals more effort-lessly, you have to look for items that are convenient.

There are tons to choose from!

To get you started I've put 15 basic starter "ingredients" in a cheatsheet for you.

In upcoming emails, I'll be diving more into:

  • meal ideas
  • how to read labels and pick the right items at the grocery store
  • best brands that are safe to buy so that you can grab 'n go (or click 'n order) without second guessing yourself!

Talk soon!

Hey there (and happy Monday)! In today's newsletter I'm sharing two resources to nourish your body and mind for the ultimate balancing cocktail! DID YOU KNOW? Vitamin C is needed for the conversion of dopamine (which most of us have too much of these days) into serotonin (which balances mood, helps us feel more content and influences sleep)... Vitamin B1 is also referred to as the "anti-stress" vitamin... Vitamin E has been shown to have a positive effect on hot flashes, vaginal changes and...

Hey there! It's almost end of March and it's also time to (almost) wrap up our series on cooking oils. So far we've looked at: the nutritional benefits of oils. what's really going on with seed oils. Hey there! A few months ago I got a Pinterest comment from someone who was questioning the fact that I include the consumption of seed oils in an anti-inflammatory diet. On the surface, her feedback made a lot of sense because seed oils - like sunflower and safflower - are considered inflammatory. In fact everyone from popular doctors to wellness influencers talks about how bad these oils are. And if you don't read between the lines, it's easy to be convinced that seed oils are really the...
