This habit never helps


Hey there!

As you step into this weekend, I want to invite you to put some distance between you and whatever label/diagnosis you might be identifying with.

What I mean is, if you've done a test that shows you have estrogen dominance, PCOS, elevated cortisol...

Or you're now in peri-menopause or post menopause and you're feeling all the dread that comes with that...

Put some distance between you and those labels because labels have a lot of power and energy to them.

At the collective and individual label, we have certain preconceived notions about all those labels.

And they can create more fear, anxiety, worry and stress...on top of everything you're already dealing with!

Now, here's the thing: those labels are simply categories that doctors need. Because that's the nature of the profession. Everything must be categorized in some way.

But your body doesn't know or care about any of these things.

For your body, things are simple: wherever it sees imbalance, it's trying to restore balance.

All you have to do is create a healthy cocoon and give your body what it needs so that it can do it's thing!

And as far questions like "how do I get rid of belly fat/fatigue/insomnia/low thyroid..."

The answer is always the same:

  • eat whole foods
  • move your body regularly
  • take care of your emotional/mental well-being

There isn't a single human who wouldn't benefit significantly from the above 3 things. Whether they're 5 or 55, man or woman.

That's why your label or diagnosis isn't the thing you should be trying to fix. Instead, it's your habits that you want to adjust.

Whether we're talking about supporting the ovaries or nervous system...

Supporting the adrenals or the gut...

Eating blueberries is always a good idea :)


The point is: everything you need is already here. So, if you find yourself getting caught up in a label or diagnosis, take 3 deep breaths and give yourself some grace.

Remember that your body doesn't know labels and they don't define you.

Start building that cocoon for your body to restore balance. I have resources to help you like:
